Customer Satisfaction Duty:

We guarantee complete satisfaction to our clients. Thus, we never give up on thinking out of the box until our clients are delighted with the results, as long as the clients’ requests and expectations are among our goals and responsibilities.

And here are our collaboration rules:

Frames reserves the right to determine whether a request or expectation is fair and included in the contract it provides its client with.
If the client purchases a specific service and Frames business study shows that an additional service is required to satisfy the customer completely, then Frames is no longer responsible to convey the complete satisfaction the customer wants.

Payment Policy:

Frames starts working on a project upon receipt of a down payment and charges the remaining balance upon completion.
Services are delivered upon completion and additional fees are added to invoices.

DELAY IN PROJECT COMPLETION MAY OCCUR WHEN

There is a delay in any payment.
The client requests further changes in the design, structure, or content of the project.
The client purchases an additional service related to the project.
There is a delay in the receipt of any materials from the client.
Time frame estimates are approximate only and are subject to change at any time at Frames’ discretion. At any time, and at its whole discretion, Frames may decide to put a project on hold.

We respect our clients’ privacy. Thus, we never use or leak any business-related or personal information submitted online, by phone, or in person. We assure you not to share any information with third parties except to the extent necessary to fulfill your request for our services.
